This involves an initial team testing day with the whole squad and results in a 6-week induvial tailored strength and condition program given to players through our app.
The app provides timetabled workouts with video examples of exercises and lifts provided. Retest and programming at the end of the 6weeks.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
